Process survey data to identify employment and income characteristics of key groups in Benin and Togo.
SOLUTION:
We analyzed survey data to uncover labor market challenges, wage disparities, and vulnerable sectors. These insights guided the creation of targeted strategies aimed at improving youth employability and fostering long-term job stability.
