Identify regulatory barriers hindering industrial policy
development in Latin America.
SOLUTION:
Leveraging our exclusive international network, we conducted field studies in Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile, Guatemala, and Mexico to identify global regulations that hinder countries' ability to support domestic industries. For each case, we developed tailored policy recommendations to drive a new agenda for global legal reforms.
